XREX Taiwan XRAY Terms of Service

XREX Taiwan XRAY Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") apply exclusively to users of the XRAY services (hereinafter referred to as "the Services") on the web version of the XREX Taiwan platform or the Line interface.
Before using the Services, you agree to be bound by the Terms and any subsequent updates.
Article 1. Services
The Services are offered through a web interface and the XRAY Bot on Line (collectively referred to as "the Platform"). The Platform allows you to query blockchain address information, including identifying the exchange associated with the address and assessing its risk level. Currently supported blockchains include BTC, ETH, and TRON. You can enter addresses for queries via the Platform, with the maximum number of addresses per query determined by the current interface limitations.
Article 2. Application for Using the XRAY Bot
Before using the XRAY Bot, you must provide your personal information (including but not limited to name, organization, position, contact email, etc.), which will be reviewed and approved by our company before use.
The XRAY Bot is generally intended for natural persons or legal entities that meet the conditions set forth herein. The company reserves the right to review and decide on the approval of user qualification applications in exceptional cases where the conditions of these Terms are not met. The application conditions are as follows:
(1) Nationals of Taiwan who have reached the legal age and have full legal capacity.
(2) Legal entities registered in Taiwan or government agencies established in accordance with Taiwanese law.
Upon initial use, please enter the approved access key.
Article 3. Service Scope and Usage Restrictions
XREX only provides Platforms via websites or mobile devices and does not participate in or engage in any subsequent actions or relationships arising from user actions.
The Platform is only intended for official criminal investigations, crime prevention, or administrative investigations, and therefore prohibits users from directly or indirectly using the Services for other commercial purposes.
For the quality and operational requirements of the Services, the company reserves the right to appropriately adjust the content and service hours.
The Platform may not operate normally or experience service interruptions due to reasons including but not limited to:
(1) Website updates or system maintenance periods announced by the company, or
(2) Technical adjustments or equipment failures resulting in data transmission failure.
Article 4. Obligations
Complete User Identity Verification
You agree to provide complete and truthful personal information (including but not limited to your email, name, address, gender, phone number, nationality, date of birth, tax identification number or ID card number or passport number, a bank account in your name, and other registration and transaction information) to XREX and any third party legally appointed by us (including financial institutions entrusted by XREXfor trust cooperation). These third parties may collect, process, or use this personal information within the specific purposes of their entrusted tasks (including but not limited to assisting XREX in verifying the authenticity of the member's bank account, complying with laws, and adhering to anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing policies). Based on the results of these inquiries and reports, XREX and these third parties may take any reasonable measures.
Risk Assumption
You fully understand and agree that XREX does not provide any advice on Service use. Given the rapid changes in virtual asset-related industries, you should have basic technology knowledge and assume all risks associated with virtual asset transactions.
Additionally, you should understand that all account transactions are presumed to be conducted by you personally, and the account holder assumes all transaction risks and legal responsibilities.
Fee
XREX may charge fees of Service and reserves the right to adjust the fee rates.
Liability for Damages
Members shall be liable for related damages (including economic losses, attorney fees, and reasonable investigation costs) under the following circumstances:
(1) Violation of the Terms or legal provisions, misuse of Services, harassment, or harm to the rights of other members;
(2) Unauthorized impersonation of a third party or XREX, including implying or falsely stating your relationship with XREX or any third party;
(3) Infringement of any third party’s rights, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, confidential information, or other ownership; or
(4) Harassment or inappropriate behavior towards our Customer Service personnel.
At the same time, XREX reserves the right to refuse to provide all or part of the Services or take other reasonable measures to prevent further damage and comply with government requirements
Article 5. Liability Limitation
The information provided by this Platform is offered "as is" and "as available." XREX makes no explicit or implicit warranties regarding the revision or improvement of the Platform and the contents of these terms.
The Platform does not guarantee that the Services will always be error-free or uninterrupted, nor does it guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or quality of any products, services, or other information obtained through the use of the Services.
To the extent permitted by law, the Platform assumes no liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, loss of information, or other economic losses) arising from the use of or inability to use the Services.
Article 6. Intellectual Property Rights
All content and resources on this Platform, including but not limited to text, data, audio-visual materials, images, Platform structure, programming, Platform interface and layout, trademarks, other marks, or information presented on the website, are the intellectual property of XREX or related rights holders, protected by copyright law, trademark law, patent law, trade secret law, or fair trade law.
You may view, capture, or download the information presented on this Platform on any legal device, but only for personal, non-commercial use, and you must retain all statements of our intellectual property rights and other ownership declarations in their entirety.
Without prior permission or authorization from XREX or the rights holders, you may not reproduce, adapt, reverse engineer, or otherwise use the aforementioned website content and resources, to avoid liability for infringement or violation of the law.
Article 7. General Provisions
To protect the rights and interests of both parties, you understand and agree to the following provisions:
Modification of Terms
XREX reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any modifications will be posted on XREX's website. If you do not agree with the modified version, please cease using all Services and contact XREX's customer service for assistance with account processing and to protect your rights. Continued use of XREX's Services will be deemed as acceptance of the modified version.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
The Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Any disputes, controversies, or issues arising out of or related to these Terms, including breaches, terminations, or invalidity, shall be submitted to the Taipei District Court of Taiwan as the court of first instance.
Non-Waiver Clause
If you breach the Terms and XREX does not enforce its rights or delays in enforcing its rights under the Terms, this does not affect XREX's right to assert those rights in the future, nor does it constitute a waiver of XREX's right to seek remedies for your breach.
Severability
If any part of the Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will still be valid and enforceable.
Force Majeure
XREX is not liable for any delays, failures, or interruptions in service caused directly or indirectly by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications, internet services, or network provider interruptions, hardware, firmware, or software failures, war, riots, embargoes, strikes, or other labor disputes, typhoons, floods, fires, earthquakes, network attacks, blockchain verification congestion, rapid fluctuations in virtual asset prices, other disasters, or any other events beyond reasonable control.
Change of Control
In the event of an acquisition or merger by a third party, XREX has the right to legally transfer the collected information as part of a business transaction.
Entire Agreement
The Terms constitute the entire agreement between XREX and you, superseding any prior or contemporaneous oral or written statements.
Privacy Policy
To use the Services, you have understand and agree with the XREX Taiwan XRAY Privacy Policy.
