Welcome to the application platform and website provided by XREX Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform"). XREX is committed to strictly protecting your data and privacy in accordance with the applicable law. To ensure that you can safely use the services and information provided by the Platform, we hereby set our Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") to protect your rights.

We are not liable for damages caused by delays, failures, or interruptions in service due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to interruptions in telecommunications, internet services, or internet service providers, hardware, firmware, or software failures, war, riots, embargoes, strikes or other labor disputes, typhoons, floods, fires, earthquakes, cyber-attacks, blockchain congestion, or rapid fluctuations in the price of virtual assets, or any other events beyond reasonable control.
This Policy is governed by the laws of Taiwan. Any disputes, controversies, or issues related to this Policy, including breaches, terminations, or invalidities, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Taipei District Court of Taiwan as the court of first instance.
