親愛的客戶，歡迎您使用鏈科股份有限公司提供的應用程式平台與網站（下稱「本平台」），本公司依法嚴密保護客戶的資料與隱私，為了讓您能夠安心地使用本平台的各項服務與資訊，特此向您說明本平台的隱私權保護政策（下稱「本政策」），以保障您的權益。
當您開始使用本平台相關功能或提供個人資料予本公司時，即表示您已同意本政策和下述條款：

Welcome to the application platform and website provided by XREX Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform"). XREX is committed to strictly protecting your data and privacy in accordance with the applicable law. Article 11: Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Policy is governed by the laws of Taiwan. Any disputes, controversies, or issues related to this Policy, including breaches, terminations, or invalidities, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Taipei District Court of Taiwan as the court of first instance.
