# Fee Policy

This Policy is prepared in both [Chinese](https://info.xrex.io/xrex-general-terms-and-conditions/xrex-taiwan-lian-ke-gu-fen-you-xian-gong-si/xrex-taiwan-nei-bu-zheng-ce/shou-fei-zheng-ce) and English. In the event of any ambiguity, inconsistency, or conflict between the Chinese and English versions, the Chinese version shall prevail.<br>

1. ### Trading fees

   Trading fees are tiered based on the user’s cumulative trading volume over the past 30 days, **excluding transactions executed under a model where users entrust XREX to purchase assets from the market on their behalf**. Details are as follows:<br>

   The trading tier is calculated based on the cumulative trading volume over the past 30 days, as of 00:00 (UTC) each day. Users’ trading tiers and fee rates are updated daily at 02:00 (UTC).

   \
   Please note that trading fees are directly deducted from the total amount of the asset you purchase.

2. ### Conversion fee

   XREX charges a fixed conversion fee of 0.05% for its conversion function. The conversion fee shall be calculated based on the type and amount of the asset to be converted, and shall be directly deducted from the total amount of such asset before the conversion is executed. The net amount after deduction of the conversion fee shall be converted based on the conversion quotation provided by the system.

   Before you confirm a conversion transaction, the system will display the applicable quotation, the amount of asset to be converted and the estimated amount of asset to be received. You may also click the information icon next to the quotation to view the applicable conversion fee rate and fee amount for the transaction. XREX will not charge an additional conversion fee separately for the same conversion transaction.

   You must confirm the transaction within the quotation validity period. If the quotation expires before confirmation, the quotation will become invalid and you must request a new quotation.

3. ### Dollar Cost Averaging (DCA) Service Fee

   The service fee for the Dollar Cost Averaging (DCA) service is 0.05% of the amount of each transaction. As the DCA Service adopts a model under which users entrust XREX to purchase assets from the market on their behalf, **Section 1 of this Fee Policy shall not apply**. The service fee shall be calculated based on the type of asset used for payment and shall be directly deducted from the total amount of the payment asset.

4. ### Grid Trading Fee

   The fee for grid trading is 0.05% of the amount of each executed trade.\

5. ### Margin Trading Fees and Borrowing Costs

   #### **5.1 Trading Fees:**

   **5.1.1 Buy Order Fees:**\
   (1) Fees for buy orders are charged separately.\
   (2) Calculation: Filled quantity × Execution price × Fee rate (e.g., 0.1%).\
   (3) Example: Purchasing 1 BTC at $45,000 results in a fee of $45, for a total payment of $45,045.

   **5.1.2 Sell Order Fees:**\
   Fees for sell orders are calculated in the same manner as spot sell orders.

   #### **5.2 Borrowing Costs:**

   **5.2.1 Calculated on an hourly basis, with any duration under one hour charged as one full hour.**\

   **5.2.2 Borrowing costs are subject to floating interest rates, adjusted by XREX according to market conditions. The current annual interest rates for different assets are:**

   USDT: 10%\
   BTC: 5%\
   ETH: 5%\
   Other assets: 5%\

6. ### Deposit Fees

   #### **6.1 USD:**

   \- Deposit fee: USD 0.\
   \- The minimum deposit amount is USD 50.\

   #### **6.2 TWD:**

   \- Deposit fee: TWD 0.\
   \- The minimum deposit amount is TWD 1.\
   \ <br>

   #### **6.3 Virtual Assets:**

   XREX does not charge any fees for virtual asset deposits.\

7. ### Withdrawal Fees

   **7.1 USD:**

   \- Withdrawal fee is 0.1% of the withdrawal amount (minimum USD 30, maximum USD 300).\
   \- The minimum withdrawal amount is USD 50.\

   #### **7.2 TWD:**

   **7.2.1 Withdrawal Fees:**\

   \- KGI Bank: TWD 15.\

   **7.2.2 The minimum withdrawal amount is TWD 100.**\

   #### **7.3 Virtual Assets:**

   Withdrawal fees for virtual assets are subject to real-time adjustments based on market conditions. To avoid discrepancies due to delayed updates, please refer to the actual fee amount displayed on the withdrawal page. In the event of any fee increase, prior notice will be given.\ <br>

8. ### Collateralized Lending Costs

   #### 8.1 Annual Lending Cost:

   XREX adjusts the funding rate based on market conditions. Please refer to the interface for the most up-to-date annual lending cost.\ <br>

   #### 8.2 Hourly Lending Cost:

   Borrowing costs are calculated on an hourly basis. If the loan is repaid in less than one hour, a full hour will still be charged.

9. ### BitCheck Fees

   Currently, no fees are charged during the promotional period.\

10. ### Currency of Amounts

    All amounts stated in this Policy are indicated with the applicable currency. Any amount that does not specify a currency shall be deemed to be denominated in New Taiwan Dollars (TWD).

11. ### Other Charges

    XREX may, to the extent permitted by applicable laws and regulations, charge necessary cost-based fees for user requests to inquire, access, obtain copies of, or receive other specific services in relation to transaction records, personal data, asset flow information, or other relevant information, including but not limited to the retrieval, production, processing, handling, and delivery of such information. Where any such fees apply, XREX will inform the user before accepting the request or providing the relevant service.

Please note that the fee items, fee rates, calculation methods, and related rules set forth in this Policy may be adjusted from time to time due to market conditions, operational needs, cost changes, or applicable legal or regulatory requirements. XREX will handle such adjustments in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, the General Terms and Conditions, and XREX’s published notification procedures. Where any adjustment results in an increase in withdrawal or trading fees, XREX will notify you before you make the relevant withdrawal or transaction by webpage, mobile application, or other electronic means that can be fully presented and retained for recordkeeping purposes.
