# Fee Policy

1. Trading fees \
   Trading fees are tiered based on the user’s cumulative trading volume over the past 30 days. Details are as follows:

| 8    | ≥ 150,000 - 500,000         | 0.12%             |
| 9    | ≥ 500,000 - 2,000,000       | 0.11%             |
| 10   | ≥ 2,000,000 - 6,000,000     | 0.10%             |
| 11   | ≥ 6,000,000 - 8,000,000     | 0.09%             |
| 12   | ≥ 8,000,000 - 10,000,000    | 0.08%             |
| 13   | ≥ 10,000,000 - 12,000,000   | 0.07%             |

The trading tier is calculated based on the cumulative trading volume over the past 30 days, as of 00:00 (UTC) each day. Users’ trading tiers and fee rates are updated daily at 02:00 (UTC).\
Please note that trading fees are directly deducted from the total amount of the asset you purchase.<br>

2. Conversion fee\
   XREX charges a fixed fee of 0.1% for its conversion function. The fee is calculated based on the type of asset received after conversion and is directly deducted from the total amount of the converted asset.<br>
3. Grid trading fee\
   The fee for grid trading is 0.05% of the amount of each executed trade.<br>
4. Margin Trading Fees and Borrowing Costs\
   4.1 Trading fees: \
   4.1.1 Buy order fees: \
   &#x20;        (1) Fees for buy orders are charged separately.\
   &#x20;        (2) Calculation: Filled quantity x Execution price x Fee rate (e.g., 0.1%)\
   &#x20;        (3) Example: \
   &#x20;              Purchasing 1 BTC at $45,000 results in a fee of $45, for a toal payment of $45,045.\
   4.1.2 Sell order fees:\
   Fees for sell orders are calculated in the same manner as spot sell orders. \
   4.1.3 For applicable fee rates, please refer to Section 1. Trading Fees. \

   4.2 Borrowing costs: \
   4.2.1 Calculated on an hourly basis, with any duration under one hour charged as one full hour. \
   4.2.2 Borrowing costs are subject to floating interest rates, adjusted by XREX according to market conditions. The current annual interest rates for different assets are: \

   \&#xNAN;*•* ETH: 5%\

5. Deposite fees\
   5.1 USD\
   \&#xNAN;*•* Deposit fee is 0.05% of the deposit amount (minimum $8, maximum $300).

   *•* Intermediary banks may charge additional fees.

   *•* The minimum deposit amount is $50.\

   5.3 Virtual assets: \
   XREX does not charge any fees for virtual asset deposits.<br>
6. Withdrawal fees\

   6.2.2 The minimum withdrawal amount is NT$100.\

   6.3 Virtual assets \
   Withdrawal fees for virtual assets are subject to real-time adjustments based on market conditions. To avoid discrepancies due to delayed updates, please refer to the actual fee amount displayed on the withdrawal page. In the event of any fee increase, prior notice will be given.

7. Staking service fee\
   A 15% management fee will be charged for staking on XREX. This fee is deducted directly from the staking rewards.
8. Collateralized Lending Costs\
   8.1 Annual Lending Cost:\
   XREX adjusts the funding rate based on market conditions. Please refer to the interface for the most up-to-date annual lending cost.\
   8.2 Hourly Lending Cost: \
   Borrowing costs are calculated on an hourly basis. If the loan is repaid in less than one hour, a full hour will still be charged.&#x20;
9. BitCheck Fees \
   Currently, no fees are charged during the promotional period.&#x20;
10. Other Charges \
    XREX may charge reasonable fees for services such as information inquiries, viewing, or duplicating member information. This may include, but is not limited to, transaction records, personal information, or asset flow data. Please note that the above fees and policies are subject to change at any time.
